Impactive Innovation Hub is proud to have made a strong contribution to the development of Jozani AI — a pioneering AI-powered tourism platform in Zanzibar, co-created by the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA), the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism (ZCT), and UNDP Tanzania.

Through this collaboration, Impactive provided expertise in AI model design, data strategy, user experience, and ethical innovation, helping shape an AI solution that amplifies collective intelligence in Zanzibar’s tourism sector.

Jozani AI enables real-time insights, enhances visitor experiences, and supports data-driven decision-making for both public and private actors — showcasing how locally-driven AI solutions can contribute to inclusive, sustainable development. We continue to champion AI4C approaches that empower African communities and institutions to harness the power of artificial intelligence for social good.
