About Us
Impactive Innovation Hub (IIH) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-religious organization with Reg. No. OONGO/R/8341, headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Originally founded in 2015 as Edulife Africa, the organization was rebranded as Impactive in 2025 to reflect its broader mission and expanded focus.
We exist to champion inclusive, locally-driven innovation that addresses the most pressing environmental, social, and economic challenges facing African communities today. Rooted in values of equity, co-creation, and sustainability, our mission is to empower youth and underrepresented groups to build impactful, future-proof solutions through emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and design thinking.
